Search our open positions to find the right opportunity for you. Then create a profile to apply for a position. You will need to provide:

  • Work experience
  • Educational background

After you apply

  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • The hiring manager or HR Generalist will review your profile.
  • We will contact you directly when your background matches our hiring needs.


Q. What is the best way to find open positions?

A. Use the Search Jobs link to search by location or position that may be right for you. The search results page will show all open positions that match your criteria—click the job titles for detailed descriptions, and if you are interested, click on the apply online link to complete your online profile and apply for the position.

Q. Will I receive a phone call from the manager or Human Resources once my profile is received?

A. The email confirmation you receive indicates that your application has successfully reached the hiring manager or recruiter. You will not receive a separate phone call unless you will be moving forward in the hiring process with an interview.

Q. What is the interview process at RDO Equipment Co.?

A. Our process varies between stores and regions of the company, as well as between positions. There may be a phone interview, a panel interview, one-on-one interview with the manager, or any combination of these.
